Five Reasons to watch Azhar
1. If you were a die heart fan of Azhar.
You all will agree that Mohd. Azaharuddin was one of the class cricketer
cricket world will ever see. I was quite young at the time he used to play but
all those who were expert in home commentary used to call Mr Dependable at that
time. It will be no wrong in calling 90s era of Indian cricket as Azhar’s era.
2. If you never believed that Azhar was involved in
fixing. If you want to feel what this man must have
went through, this movie is just a glimpse of that.
3. If you are looking for motivation.
This movie depicts that “If God is with me, who can be against me”. When
fighting a battle for dignity all you are left with is oneself and you need to
do what is needed to be done, whether people are with you or against you.
4. A movie you can watch with family.
With India drifting more towards nuclear family concept you can take your time
out and take your parents to cinema hall. Yes, I am talking to those born in
80s and 90s.
5. If you want some laugh.
There are some pretty hilarious scenes which will make you laugh even if you
don’t want to.

Five Reasons not to watch
Azhar
1. If
you are looking for general Bollywood masala
movie, this movie is not for you but if you have tolerance for latest Bollywood
movies this movie is worth a shot.
2. If
you have lived in 80s and 90s you will find many loops which do not connect to that
era and that may piss you off.
3. If
you are not a cricket fan then you
may find yourself leaving theatre in middle of nowhere.
4. If
you are a cricket fan and planning to watch this movie with you girlfriend/spouse. This movie is to be watched with gang
you played or watched cricket with.
5. If
you are still a cricket fan unlike me, this movie leaves a lot of questions
unanswered about behind the scenes in dressing room.
